Our Mission Statement:
A Cause 4 Celebration is a 501c-3 non-profit organization dedicated to raising money for other charities that provide (1) research, (2) care, (3) treatment and (4) education for children with cancer. Founded in 2008, A Cause 4 Celebration carries out its mission by planning innovative fundraising events. Each event is designed to raise money for a different organization carefully researched and selected by A Cause 4 Celebration's governing board.

How We Got Started:
Founded in 2008, A Cause 4 Celebrationwas created by lymphoma survivor Michael Russell and four of his colleagues who share his passion for helping children with cancer. Michael considers himself one of the luckiest people in the world –lucky enough to have battled cancer himself and come out on top. However, so many young people are not as lucky. As an older member of the pediatric cancer community, Michael watched children, far younger than he, battle a disease that attacked them with neither warning nor reason. We at AC4C are making sure pediatric cancer programs –like the one that provided Michael with priceless physical and emotional support –are receiving the funding they need to continue saving young lives.

A Cause 4 Celebration was created by Michael Russell and four of his friends and colleagues who share his passion for helping children with cancer. As an older member of the pediatric center community, Michael watched children, far younger than himself, battle a disease which had attacked them without warning or reason. Through AC4C, we are making sure pediatric cancer programs, like the one that provided Michael with priceless support – both physical and emotional, are receiving the necessary funding to continue to save lives. AC4C has raised over $75,000 through its events to date.
