VICTOR ADEFUYE

Victor Adefuye is an attorney and financial representative with Northwestern Mutual. He assists individuals and small businesses in assessing their insurance coverage needs and financial goals, and structuring plans to meet those goals. Victor is a graduate of Duke University and George Washington University Law School. He enjoys reading biographies of successful businesspeople and politicians, international travel, and the arts. Victor lives in Manhattan.

MEREDITH JARBLUM

Meredith Jarblum has a background in public health and health communications. She has been working on public relations, public health education and strategic communications campaigns for pharmaceutical clients since 2006. Prior to moving to New York City, Meredith worked as a research associate in the Health Communication Program at RTI International in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina where she worked on program evaluation, research, message development and testing, and materials development for clients such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Cancer Institute. She has also worked on several community-based research and cancer prevention education campaigns.

Meredith graduated from Duke University with majors in sociology and Spanish with a minor in political science. She received a Masters in Public Health from the Health Behavior and Health Education department of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Public Health.

MICHAEL LEWIN

Michael Lewin was born and raised in the Washington DC area and currently lives in New York, where he works for a hedge fund focusing on commercial real estate finance. Previously, he worked for a private real estate investor based out of suburban Philadelphia. Michael graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2005 with a BSE concentrating in Finance.

Michael has previously volunteered for a number of organizations in Washington and New York and is excited to focus his efforts on A Cause 4 Celebration.

MICHAEL RUSSELL

Mike Russell is a Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma survivor and co-founder of A Cause 4 Celebration. Professionally, Mike is co-owner of Clientique, a nightlife marketing agency, and recently started VenueTap, a reservation management system for nightlife venues and their guests. In addition, Mike co-founded and sits on the board of directors for Myclean Inc, a web-based residential cleaning company.

Prior to starting VenueTap and Clientique, Mike was a Product Manager at Citigroup where he developed innovative small business deposit products and orchestrated national marketing campaigns to drive product sales. From that experience, he gained a great appreciation for what it takes to bring a new product to life. Mike graduated from The Kelly School of Business at Indiana University in 2003.

TARA WARREN

Tara Warren is a Legal Recruiter at Baker & McKenzie LLP in New York City. She graduated from the George Washington University School of Business in December 2007, with majors in Event Management & Hospitality and Marketing. Aside from her fulltime job, Tara does freelance event planning and has assisted in planning a number of charity events, bar/bat mitzvahs, bridal showers & weddings throughout New York City and Long Island. She lives in New York City.
